SKS Partners with the CQ2 Volunteer Haircut Team to Support Older Adults Living Alone
SKS partnered with the CQ2 Volunteer Haircut Team and local chief of village to support elderly residents living alone. Seniors and other community members were warmly invited to take part in a heartwarming Lunar New Year celebration.
The team visited communities across Hualien, Taitung, Pingtung, Yunlin, and Chiayi, the team provided complimentary professional haircuts, enabling senior residents to welcome the New Year with a refreshed appearance.
A Spring Festival couplet-writing booth was also set up, where local calligraphers wrote Spring Festival couplets conveying New Year blessings, adding to the festive atmosphere.
For seniors with limited mobility, SKS arranged transportation services, ensuring that every participant could attend safely and comfortably while experiencing the warmth, and festive spirit of the occasion.
Rising Security Needs Ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival Holiday: AI Monitoring for Smarter Protection
Ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, SKS is strengthening its smart security services through its 24-hour control center, integrating AI video monitoring, cloud-based alerts, and real-time dispatch systems to enhance security management and emergency response across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
In addition to smart access control, video recognition, and AI Sensor protection services, SKS is also integrating the CareU emergency assistance system and fall detection devices into home care services. Before the holiday, SKS also launched home visits for seniors living alone to provide reminders on home safety and extend holiday greetings.
