Stakeholder Engagement
SKS’s key stakeholders include employees, customers, shareholders and investors, partners, suppliers, government agencies, and the media. The Company engages with its key stakeholders through a variety of means and channels to understand their needs and expectations. This engagement serves as a reference for the formulation of corporate sustainability policies and related initiatives. The outcomes of stakeholder engagement are reported to and reviewed by the Board of Directors on an annual basis. On May 12, 2025, the Sustainability Promotion Office reported the Company’s stakeholder engagement activities to the Board of Directors.
