Our SKPOS Smart Shop Management System is different from traditional POS systems that only provide checkout functions. Instead, SKPOS provides entrepreneurs with a wide variety of operations management methods and solutions. This allow users to control a number of value-added applications such as a reservation system, food-ordering, store management, business reporting, customer management, push notifications, marketing, multi-payment integration, and delivery platform linking and integration via mobile devices. This system allows micro-enterprises to integrate marketing, management, billing, and order processing simply through tablets and store management devices, without needing to spend a bundle on installing a large and clunky POS system. Additionally, it enables users to build an exclusive food-ordering app to grow more confident in their business operations. Furthermore, in response to the global changes brought by COVID-19 and in order to reduce the risk of contact transmission, we integrated online ordering services and ordering platform linking functions to implement contactless services in 2022. This self-service ordering system will allow consumers to order, check out, and deliver orders on their own. The system not only eliminates the need to directly contact other people, but also significantly reduces labor costs at physical stores. In 2022, we accumulated about 1300 customers for this system.
