Anti-corruption

The security industry attaches great importance to the issue of anti-corruption and the elimination of embezzlement. In order to enhance ethical and moral conduct, all forms of corruption, bribery, and extortion are strictly prohibited. New hires are trained accordingly, and existing employees are given daily training courses and are notified from time to time to prevent the occurrence of potential legal violations and public order incidents. On February 3, 2016, the integrity corporate management and honesty clauses in the Company’s standard procurement agreements and subcontracting agreements were amended to regulate suppliers and prevent the occurrence of bribery and other violations of the integrity corporate management principle. Additionally, in order to enhance our security guards' professional abilities, to provide excellent and convenient service for our customers, and to ensure service quality, we also promote multiple payment methods. This not only reduces the employee workloads, but also reduces the risk of embezzlement.
