Performance Evaluation System

The results of educational training are reflected in the service effectiveness and performance evaluation of each department which can periodically reviews employee career development and presents results from educational training. The Regulations on Employee Performance Evaluations have been established. These Regulations stipulate that new employees are subject to monthly assessments, and must pass a written test and assessment before they are officially hired; their supervisors are responsible for supervising these tests and assessments. General employees are subject to quarterly assessments, in addition to annual assessments that integrate their quarterly assessment results, reward/punishment records, and attendance records. Those with good performance are eligible for promotion.
